Was on my want to go list for quite a while. The atmosphere is modern but cozy, and it was not busy when we arrived. I ordered a lemonade, which i was a little dissapointed by due to the fact that i asked for flat water and it still had bubbles, as well as the flavour being a little stale for my taste, but the Mushroom sandwich made up for it. It was creamy, juicy, meaty ( without any meat ! ) and a huge portion. Overall, was quite satisfying, and I would come here again ! ( next time, maybe for the chicken waffles ).

It was the first time I came here for lunch. It was very tasteful, atmospheric and very hospitable. Service is very good and attentive. The place is nicely decorated with many seats. The lunch menu does not offer endless choices but something for everyone

We have visited Pernikkel on a sunny Sunday for breakfast! The cafe is very cozy and sunny with a nice terrace. Suitable for babies (baby chair available). The food choices were good for everything taste. Quick and pleasant service, good food! Definitely recommend

We had breakfast here and it was good. The pancakes were well prepared and the portion was generous. The coffee was really good as well as the juice. We had a nice table in the window and we enjoyed the view of the people passing and the traffic. Just a bit outside the main center of town so easily reachable.

August 2023 A place that is open before official opening hours ... Talking about service. They serve local coffee. The food in basic is good. The hollandaise sauce is something they need to work on (see the photo) more a dressing ... That was not good. It's a lovely place, good attending staff and really nice items on the menu like Basque baked cheesecake (don't see that often).

Yeah we found Egg Benedict in the Netherlands, a rare find. We admired the skills of the two chefs and dishie in their small workings pace, loved the super friendly waitresses and the food was superb.
